According to a new survey, there are well over a hundred loyalty programmes in South Africa and with a 26 per cent year-on-year rise of economically active South Africans using customer loyalty programmes – we ask if brands know how to reward their customers in the economically depressed environment and why subscribers are willing to bulge up their own wallets with loyalty cards.
