Founder & CEO of Truth
Amanda is the founder & CEO of Truth. Amanda’s extensive experience in the field of loyalty & CRM has put Truth at the forefront of the loyalty industry.
She spent 11 years at British Airways, leading sales & marketing teams across UK, Africa, Middle East & Asia. She has also spearheaded the Customer (CRM) division at Woolworths, South Africa.
Amanda is invited to speak, professionally, as a keynote speaker and thought-leader in her field, both in South Africa and internationally.
CRM & Loyalty Consultant
Ros, Truth’s Loyalty & CRM Consultant, joined the company from Woolworths in 2010. She has successfully developed and implemented CRM/loyalty related solutions for many of Truth’s clients (locally & internationally) across various industries for both B2B & B2C clients.
Ros also runs Truth’s training and development product, Customer Academy, focusing on delivering loyalty and CRM workshops and online courses, as well as, Truth’s marketing portfolio.
Ros holds a degree in Human Resource Management majoring in Industrial Psychology from Stellenbosch University.
CRM & Loyalty Consultant
Danielle holds a Masters degree specialising in Consumer Behaviour. She started her career at Deloitte Consulting where she assisted global clients with the development of strategic solutions enabling them to adapt to the ever-changing needs of consumers.
Danielle is a client-facing CRM and Loyalty Consultant and looks after Truth’s portfolio of platforms and products.
Lauren Moore is Truth’s Office Manager. Lauren joined Truth in 2015 and has experience within the marketing industry, specifically brand marketing. She holds a degree in Marketing Management from IMM.
Lauren helps the delivery of Truth’s Customer Academy, providing educational workshops and online courses for business individuals to learn about CRM and loyalty.
Lauren provides support function to our CEO, Amanda Cromhout and our team by managing the day-to-day office activities.
Morgan is Truth’s Account Manager, responsible for the delivery of all Truth’s training and development products, within the the Truth Customer Academy team. Morgan has more than 12 years’ experience in digital marketing, mostly as an Account & Project Manager. He is also responsible for the execution of Truth’s marketing strategy.
Morgan is passionate about client service and has implemented and managed many successful marketing campaigns. His drive and commitment has seen him manage campaigns with SME and enterprise clients, both in South Africa and abroad.
