Truth was deeply involved in the implementation and launch of the Pick ‘n Pay smart shopper programme, which launched in March 2011. Within 13 months, the programme had attracted a 5 million card holder base. Truth was also involved in Edcon’s (South Africa’s largest non-food retailer) launch of the Thank U rewards programme across 8 of SA’s best known brands. Edcon commissioned Truth to drive the loyalty strategy, programme design, marketing delivery and launch, which successfully launched in February 2012.
