Founder & CEO, Amanda Cromhout’s extensive experience in the field of loyalty & CRM has put Truth at the forefront of the loyalty industry.

She spent 11 years at British Airways, leading sales & marketing teams across UK, Africa, Middle East & Asia. She has also spearheaded the Customer (CRM) division at Woolworths, South Africa.

Amanda is also a judge at the well-established Loyalty Magazine Awards (UK & global).

Truth’s Customer Academy is the gateway to enhanced loyalty & CRM education. After the successful launch of their online 6-week course in South Africa in November 2017, Truth saw an opportunity to offer the course in a new market, launching in New Zealand in November 2018. The online course is now available in 4 countries with plans for additional ventures in 2019.

Through interactive workshops, internship & mentorship programmes and online courses, we have proudly helped upskill and inform CRM and Loyalty managers, advertising agency strategists, marketing teams and loyalty service providers (anyone in the loyalty industry ecosystem) about the core fundamentals of loyalty.
